Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Generative AI and LLM solutions on AWS using Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker.
• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Establish and manage MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring, and versioning.
• Ensure end-to-end Gen AI testing and compliance with GxP processes in regulated environments.
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities with enterprise platforms, including SAP Gen AI Hub.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Advanced Analytics.
• Proven, hands-on delivery of Gen AI and LLM solutions in production.
• Strong expertise in AWS, specifically Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker.
• Practical experience building and deploying RAG-based Gen AI architectures.
• Solid background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and MLOps.
• Proficiency with TensorFlow and Spark ML.
• Experience with SQL and data warehousing.
• Familiarity with automation tools like Automation Anywhere.
• Experience operating in regulated environments requiring GxP validation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise platform integrations beyond SAP.
• Advanced knowledge of GxP compliance frameworks.
