Description

You will manage end-to-end delivery of the GenAI portfolio across multiple concurrent initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated delivery and release plans to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate dependencies, milestones, and critical paths across various projects to optimize delivery.
• Identify potential risks and issues early, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate governance forums and leadership reviews to ensure strategic alignment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Strategy and Planning or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Proficiency in enterprise program and portfolio management, including scaled Agile methodologies like SAFe.
• Strong skills in dependency and risk management.
• Experience using Jira, Planview, or MS Project.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
