Drive product strategy and lifecycle execution using Generative AI concepts within enterprise insurance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze product requirements in large enterprise insurance environments.
• Manage the product lifecycle using Agile and SAFE Agile frameworks.
• Drive product development execution through Agile/SAFE Agile practices.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate product needs effectively.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst in large enterprise insurance.
• Strong understanding of SAFE Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Product Development execution using Agile/SAFE Agile.
• Familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance, including OneShield experience.
• Theoretical understanding of Generative AI concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OneShield platform.
