Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for GenAI products.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into product specifications and user stories.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of AI and LLM-based products from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and ML teams to build AI solutions.
• Define product success metrics and track adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Manage product prioritization, backlog, and release planning.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and governance of AI-powered platforms.
• Work with stakeholders to align product initiatives with business goals.
• Support prompt engineering and evaluation of LLM-based features.

Experience Required:

• 5-8 years of Product Management experience.
• 2-3 years of experience managing AI/ML or Generative AI products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI product development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience delivering products from concept to production.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Prompt Engineering experience is an added advantage.
