We are looking for experienced GenAI + Python professionals with strong hands-on experience in Python development and Generative AI technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and deploying AI/ML and GenAI solutions using modern frameworks, APIs, LLMs, and cloud platforms.

The role requires strong programming fundamentals along with practical experience in building LLM-powered applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, prompt engineering, and GenAI integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Generative AI applications and solutions using Python.
• Develop and integrate applications using LLMs, GenAI APIs, and AI/ML models.
• Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or equivalent.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and AI services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask.
• Implement Prompt Engineering, embeddings, semantic search, and context management.
• Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, intelligent automation, and other GenAI use cases.
• Explore and implement Agentic AI / AI Agents where applicable.
• Work with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, Milvus or equivalent.
• Deploy and integrate GenAI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Work with cloud-native AI/ML services and APIs.
• Collaborate with data, engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.
• Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimization of GenAI applications.

Mandatory Skills

• 5–20 years of overall IT/software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM-based application development.
• Experience with one or more LLM models/APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and LLM concepts.
• Experience in RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or semantic search.
• Experience with LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex or similar GenAI frameworks.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and API integration.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Agentic AI / AI Agents.
• Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Knowledge of Fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, model evaluation, or LLM optimization.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and data processing frameworks.
• Experience with cloud-native GenAI services such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI/Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI/Gemini.
• Experience in building enterprise-grade GenAI solutions with security, governance, observability, and responsible AI considerations.

Cloud Skills

Candidates with hands-on experience in any one of the following are preferred:

• AWS: Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, S3
• Azure: Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML, Azure Functions, AKS
• GCP: Vertex AI, Gemini, Cloud Run/GKE, BigQuery
