Description

You will own the quality assurance strategy for generative AI projects, ensuring model reliability and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with delivery leads to define QA strategies for generative AI initiatives.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate AI outputs for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Perform automated and manual testing across business scenarios to ensure model reliability.
• Monitor AI system performance using enterprise tools and resolve potential issues proactively.
• Document QA findings in clear formats for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
• 1-2 years of experience in AI or Generative AI-focused projects.
• Proficiency in Generative AI Testing and AI Model Validation.
• Hands-on experience with Automated QA Tools.
• Experience with Performance Monitoring and monitoring AI system metrics.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot and its integration into development workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Any Graduate accepted).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Atlassian Rovo.
• Knowledge of Dynatrace Davis for performance monitoring.
• Scripting skills for automated testing frameworks.
