Ensure the quality and reliability of generative AI models and key feature deliveries.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies for generative AI models and systems.
• Design and execute test cases to evaluate model accuracy, performance, and reliability.
• Automate testing processes to streamline quality assurance workflows.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure models operate efficiently under various workloads.
• Monitor test results, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or PyTest.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, specifically generative AI technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NLP and computer vision applications.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
