You will conduct advanced research in Generative AI for mobility and RAN applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI models and algorithms for mobility and RAN domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to team growth.
• Identify innovation opportunities by staying current with AI/ML advancements.

Required Skills

• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong research background in Generative AI, including GANs, VAEs, or diffusion models.
• Proven track record of publications in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR, AAAI).
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks.
• Expertise in mobility and/or RAN applications.
• Ability to present complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying AI to autonomous vehicles, traffic optimization, or smart cities.
• Knowledge of RAN technologies and 5G/6G network applications.
• Experience working in industry or collaborating with industry partners.
