Description

You will design and deploy Generative AI solutions, including conversational search, chatbots, and recommender engines.

You will architect frameworks and infrastructure for GenAI products while optimizing model performance to meet product goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop protocols for building fair, accountable, and transparent LLM-based applications, mitigating model bias and failure risks.
• Design and oversee the curation of high-quality datasets and implement robust feedback, monitoring, and safety pipelines.
• Build end-to-end data science pipelines encompassing feature generation, data visualization, and model evaluation.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to align on technical roadmaps and guide LLM implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP techniques.
• Proficiency in Python for machine learning implementation.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Experience with R.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into production-grade algorithms.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing novel research to academic conferences or journals.
