Design and implement Generative AI solutions for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design network architectures to ensure optimal performance of generative AI applications.
• Architect end-to-end GenAI applications using Azure services and the Well-Architected Framework.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate problems into technical requirements for product and engineering teams.
• Guide customers on adoption patterns, implementation paths, and security/compliance requirements.
• Deliver technical briefings and deep-dive sessions to customers ranging from developers to executives.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Machine Learning, AI, or Deep Learning solutions.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in Python or Java.
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end technical architecture, deployment, and operations for GenAI/LLM platforms.
• 1+ year of hands-on experience with LLM architectures, model evaluation, adapters, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Proficiency in LangChain, LlamaIndex, and orchestration approaches for LLM-powered agents.
• Experience with model compression, distillation, quantization, and performance optimization (LLMOps).
• Knowledge of FlashAttention, PageAttention, and retrieval method evaluation.
• Experience with Azure services including OpenAI, ADF, and AI Search.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with optimizing client workloads.
