Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI models and scalable AI pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop GenAI models, including fine-tuning LLMs such as GPT, LLaMA, and Claude.
• Architect scalable and secure AI pipelines for data processing, training, and deployment.
• Lead the evaluation and integration of foundation models and APIs.
• Drive experimentation with new models, prompt engineering, and domain-specific adaptations.
• Establish monitoring systems to track model performance, drift, and user feedback in production.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3+ years in hands-on GenAI or LLM-related projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with LLMs (GPT, BERT, etc.) and transformer architectures.
• Deep understanding of embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI Services, or Microsoft Copilot.
• Proficiency with ML frameworks and cloud AI platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of multimodal models and MLOps.
