Description

Lead the architecture and development of large-scale Generative AI solutions, focusing on multi-agent frameworks, technology assistants, and data agents.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-scale frameworks, including Knowledge Graphs and large-scale clustering or topic management systems.
• Lead a small team of ML engineers in building and testing AI agents and generative AI applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and assist in product roadmap creation.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune and enhance LLM performance for specific application needs.
• Write clean, high-performance, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and data science, with at least 5 years designing and building ML/AI solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning, ML platforms, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Proven experience architecting and leading the development of large Generative AI systems or platforms.
• Experience building graph-based systems and enterprise-scale technical products.
• Background working in a large technology startup or AI software product environment.
• Strong knowledge of software engineering practices, including Git, code reviews, and testing methodologies.
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases.
