Description

You will lead the definition and execution of GenAI test automation strategies.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement end-to-end test automation strategies using ACCELQ GenAI capabilities.
• Generate test assets from user stories and business requirements using NLP.
• Automate E2E workflows across web, API, and mobile platforms.
• Manage CI/CD-integrated autonomous testing, including visual regression and self-healing.
• Optimize test suites using AI-powered analytics and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience in software QA and test automation.
• 2+ years experience with AI-powered test automation platforms.
• 1–3 years experience in software engineering using Python.
• 1–3 years experience with Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks.
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Deep Learning and LLMs.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years total working experience in relevant technical roles.
