Description

Provide techno-functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules and Advanced Benefits, owning the full lifecycle of technical issues from research to resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests through ServiceNow and My Oracle Support (MOS).
• Collaborate with client staff to design solutions and provide technical assistance for programming and configuration.
• Document requirements for existing HR and Benefits interfaces, Fast Formulas, and Life Event configurations.
• Manage data loads via concurrent programs, ad-hoc scripts, and inbound/outbound interfaces.
• Develop system requirements and document business procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite experience, specifically with HR and Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB).
• Core knowledge of Oracle Release 12.2, including Public Sector HR and OAB.
• Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, SQL, and Unix.
• Proficiency with Fast Formulas, APIs, standard tables, and Workflow administration.
• Experience managing workflows, self-service personalizations, and Alerts.
• Technical expertise in sysadmin and application developer modules.
• Experience with Discoverer and BI Publisher reporting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) requirements for environment promotions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle performance management modules.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management integration with Oracle payroll.
