Description

You will build and deploy large-scale NLP and AI software systems.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable systems for training and evaluating machine learning and deep learning models.
• Implement state-of-the-art NLP algorithms, multi-modal LLMs, and foundation models.
• Deploy models for large-scale inferencing and apply optimization techniques.
• Develop conversational AI agents and agentic technologies.
• Optimize LLMs for human preferences using speculative decoding and other speed-up techniques.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience building and releasing NLP/AI software to customers.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with scalable ML/DL training and evaluation systems.
• Deep expertise in Multi-modal LLMs, multi-modal contrastive learning, and diffusion-based models.
• Experience with parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT) of LLMs.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformers.
• Experience with LangChain, vector databases, and Docker.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Working knowledge of AWS Bedrock AI models.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

• Experience building conversational AI agents.
