Description

Lead the payer-focused business unit to drive growth in the commercial payer market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for the payer business unit to drive revenue, market share, and profitability.
  • Identify growth opportunities through existing product portfolios, new solutions, services, and strategic partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health plans and insurance companies.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to set product direction and ensure successful solution launches.
  • Manage GTM resource allocation and oversee performance metrics including CARR and NPV + CARR.

Required Skills

  • 10-15 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role focused on payer solutions or healthcare software technology.
  • Deep expertise in the healthcare payer landscape, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
  • Proven track record of driving business unit growth and hitting sales targets.
  • Experience in GTM planning, execution, and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to engage and develop C-level executive relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing metrics such as CARR and NPV + CARR.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Master’s degree (MBA or MHA).
