Description

Lead site operations for a facility of up to 500 employees with responsibility for up to $150M in annual revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute long-range planning to support corporate goals and drive site revenue growth.
• Manage site operations to reduce costs, improve velocity, and exceed customer expectations.
• Direct the site Lean Sigma program to drive value stream transformation and continuous improvement.
• Provide quarterly business and capital investment forecasts while tracking financial benefits of Lean projects.
• Lead, coach, and mentor functional team members to improve site performance and employee morale.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in contract manufacturing.
• Proven experience managing large-scale site operations and customer relationships.
• Strong financial acumen, including risk analysis and budget forecasting.
• Expertise in continuous improvement tools and Lean Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership in people management, coaching, and mentoring diverse teams.
• Advanced analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and handle sensitive business issues with discretion.
