Description

Lead multiple accounts and contracts within a defined geography, serving as the in-unit leader responsible for operational execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operations through planned and unplanned site visits to implement new processes, projects, and technology.
• Develop business plans and budgets in collaboration with account GMs to meet system and district goals.
• Analyze financial statements and data to ensure financial targets are met for both the client and the company.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client liaison and assist in contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company and client policies.

Required Skills

• 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years of functional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with database inventory management software.
• Experience with route scheduling software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to obtain security clearance for customer locations.

• Management experience within the distribution industry.
