Description

You will manage on-site construction activities from installation through the start of production in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise on-site construction, including trade contractors, utility, structure, and vendor tool installations.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and logistics to drive project timelines.
• Enforce state and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
• Perform daily and weekly site inspections and progress reports to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Manage material deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and track project budget and schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on data center facility or Brownfield construction projects.
• Experience managing design-build projects.
• Technical background in plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Ability to interpret construction design documents and provide constructability feedback.
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and scheduling tools.
• Experience working within cross-functional organizations under tight timelines.
