You will design, develop, and implement generative AI solutions aligned with strategic objectives and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the architectural framework for GenAI solutions, including the design, training, and deployment of models like GPT, DALL-E, and Stable Diffusion.
• Lead the integration of GenAI capabilities into existing software engineering workflows and systems.
• Implement ethical guidelines and responsible AI tools to address bias, fairness, and transparency.
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, and compliant with data protection regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members while establishing coding and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and GenAI testing processes.
• Experience with data sources for GenAI ingestion including SharePoint Online, Azure Blob Storage, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Custom Copilots.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.

Preferred Skills

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, ML, or Data Science.
• Experience using Azure-specific resources for GenAI implementation.
