Description

You will design and lead the implementation of scalable AI-driven digital platforms and generative AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives by integrating AI technologies to optimize workflows.
  • Architect scalable, secure solutions optimized for real-time arbitration use cases.
  • Bridge the gap between technical teams and business units to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
  • Oversee the delivery of AI-enabled solutions while ensuring adherence to quality standards and business value.
  • Collaborate with legal, business, and technical stakeholders to define requirements and implement impactful solutions.

Required Skills

  • 13 to 15 years of experience in software development.
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML roles, including 3+ years in architectural or leadership positions.
  • Hands-on expertise with Generative AI frameworks, prompt engineering, and prompt design patterns.
  • Deep knowledge of Advanced RAG, Agentic AI ecosystems, and base model fine-tuning.
  • Experience deploying AI/ML models and solutions at scale.
  • Proficiency with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
  • Strong grasp of SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, and embedding models.
  • Ability to implement security protocols and data compliance frameworks.
  • Understanding of AI ethics, fairness, and explainability.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience setting up large-scale digital platforms with AI-driven capabilities.
