Description

Design and implement generative models for text and image data. Own the full lifecycle from research and training to optimization and integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune large language models using transfer learning and domain adaptation.
• Research and experiment with novel generative AI techniques to improve model performance.
• Optimize and scale models for large datasets and real-time inference.
• Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production applications.
• Document research methodologies and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in generative AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of VAEs, GANs, and autoregressive models.
• Experience working with LLMs such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar.
• Knowledge of transfer learning and pre-training techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Proven track record of implementing generative models for text or image data.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or Ph.D. degree.
• Strong publication record or contributions to the generative AI research community.
