Description

You design and implement generative models for text and image data, owning the lifecycle from research and training to optimization and integration.

Design and fine-tune large language models using transfer learning and domain adaptation. Research and experiment with novel generative AI techniques to improve model performance. Optimize and scale models for large datasets and real-time inference. Collaborate with engineers to integrate models into production applications. Document research methodologies and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in generative AI development.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of VAEs, GANs, and autoregressive models.
• Experience working with LLMs such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar.
• Knowledge of transfer learning and pre-training techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Master's or Ph.D. degree.
• Strong publication record or contributions to the generative AI research community.
