Description

You will architect and implement end-to-end generative AI systems, managing the full lifecycle from data acquisition and preprocessing to model training and deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design generative AI models using deep learning techniques including GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• Manage large language model implementation, optimizing model size and computational requirements while applying fine-tuning techniques.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, establishing thought leadership in generative AI architecture.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure scalable distributed computing for large-scale model training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in artificial intelligence with a proven track record of designing at least 2 end-to-end generative AI projects in real-world applications.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of neural networks, architectures, and optimization techniques.
• Deep knowledge of ANN, LSTM, Encoder models, Transformers, and BERT.
• Extensive understanding of large language models and fine-tuning techniques.
• Experience with NLP tools and libraries such as SpaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with GCP and distributed computing for large-scale model training.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of GPT models, DALLE, and their specific applications.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
