You will design and implement Generative AI pipelines for Chat, RAG, and fine-tuning applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI pipelines for Chat, RAG, and fine-tuning applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine models based on user feedback.
• Establish metrics to assess the performance and accuracy of GenAI modules.
• Implement quality assurance processes to validate outputs before deployment.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in GenAI modules.
• Experience developing RAG and fine-tuning architectures.
• Proven ability to build Chat-based GenAI pipelines.
• Experience establishing model performance and accuracy metrics.
• Ability to implement QA processes for model output validation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale model deployment.
• Strong background in LLM evaluation frameworks.
