You will build and productionize complex, stateful generative AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy specialized AI agents using Python, focusing on modular, reusable code.
• Implement complex, conditional Multi-Agent workflows using LangGraph, managing state and human-in-the-loop steps.
• Develop and optimize production-ready prompt templates and tool-calling schemas to enhance agent reasoning.
• Fine-tune foundation models for domain-specific tasks and implement strategies to adapt agent behavior using workflow data.
• Build and optimize the RAG pipeline, connecting agents to Snowflake for contextual data retrieval.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional software development experience focused on Python in a data or AI context.
• Expert-level proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph for stateful multi-agent systems.
• Hands-on experience building, testing, and productionizing Generative AI applications.
• Demonstrated ability to build custom tools integrating with Snowflake Cortex AI and Snowpark.
• Strong practical experience in LLM fine-tuning, including LoRA and model evaluation.
• Strong practical understanding of RAG, semantic search, vector databases, and LLM context management.
• Experience with Gen AI evaluation and observability tools like LangSmith.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and AI service deployment patterns.
