Description

Design and implement intelligent automation solutions combining Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end GenAI RPA solutions independently.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude) into automation workflows.
• Engineer effective prompts, manage embedding strategies, and orchestrate LLM pipelines.
• Build intelligent bots that interact with systems using structured and unstructured documentation.
• Translate business automation needs from stakeholders into functional solutions.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in software development or automation, including project leadership.
• Strong proficiency with at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate).
• Proven experience building or integrating GenAI/LLM-based solutions (e.g., GPT-4, Claude).
• Expertise in Python for workflow orchestration, API calls, and automation glue logic.
• Experience working with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search) and RAG pipelines.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
