Description

You will build and deploy production-grade generative AI and machine learning solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write production Python code that meets high-quality and maintainability standards.
• Select and implement appropriate Generative AI, NLP, and ML models for specific use cases.
• Develop and optimize prompts using engineering and chaining techniques.
• Implement and fine-tune RAG processes in production to improve performance metrics.
• Improve LLMOps infrastructure to establish solid feedback loops and optimization metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience writing production-level Python code.
• Proven experience using Generative AI, RAG, and vector databases in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering techniques.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and continuous integration.
• Fundamental knowledge of Data Science.
• Experience working in Scrum or Kanban environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps tools like Arize, Weights & Biases, MLFlow, or Neptune.
• End-to-end experience training, evaluating, testing, and deploying ML solutions.
• Experience with Hugging Face libraries.
