Description

You will architect and build Agentic AI solutions across the application stack.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure Agentic AI solutions for Java, Python, Node.js, and React/Angular applications.
• Lead development of AI agents for lending processes including origination, underwriting, servicing, and customer interaction.
• Integrate, evaluate, and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for natural language understanding and reasoning.
• Develop tooling and infrastructure for the deployment and monitoring of AI agents.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers on AI/ML best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience building complex, enterprise-grade applications.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, React.js, and Angular.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, specifically LLMs and agentic systems.
• Experience with AWS cloud computing.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience developing and deploying AI agents.
• Strong knowledge of NLP and deep learning techniques.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and testing practices.
