Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement LLM-based solutions, including end-to-end RAG workflows.
• Develop and iterate on prompt engineering strategies to improve output quality and consistency.
• Build retrieval pipelines using vector databases and evaluate retrieval quality.
• Use LangChain and LlamaIndex to orchestrate chains, agents, and retrieval components.
• Deploy and maintain GenAI services in production, ensuring performance and reliability.

Skills Required:

• 3-10 years of experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and building LLM-powered applications.
• Strong RAG implementation experience, including retrieval and generation integration.
• Prompt engineering expertise for production-quality responses.
• Experience with vector databases and Python-based GenAI development using LangChain and LlamaIndex.

Good to Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms for deploying scalable GenAI applications.
• Proven experience building scalable GenAI applications for enterprise use cases.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
