Design and deploy generative AI models that solve complex problems and integrate into existing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize scalable generative AI algorithms for product integration.
• Research and apply advancements in NLP and AI technologies to improve solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and deliver AI capabilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
• Manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high code quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Generative AI, NLP, or Artificial Intelligence.
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments.
• Strong data analysis skills to support model development and evaluation.
• Experience with Cloud Computing platforms for scalable AI workloads.

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguous technical challenges.
