You will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-driven applications leveraging large language models and deep learning techniques.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Generative AI models for text, image, code generation, and conversational AI tasks.
• Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral) for specific business use cases.
• Build and maintain APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into production systems.
• Apply NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning techniques to enhance model performance and accuracy.
• Ensure scalability, efficiency, and security of deployed AI systems while monitoring key performance metrics.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Java or Python with 10+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or Keras.
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS) and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and experiment tracking.
