Generative AI Engineer

You will design and implement AI-driven solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement Einstein AI features within Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing clouds.
• Design and optimize Salesforce solutions by leveraging LLMs and RAG techniques.
• Manage Salesforce APIs, integrations, and complex data migrations.
• Translate technical risks and challenges for senior executive stakeholders.
• Develop technical roadmaps and provide strategic guidance to align business objectives with technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• 2-3 years of experience architecting Einstein AI features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with AI/Gen AI technologies, including LLMs and RAG.
• Proven expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Sales, Service, Marketing, or Data Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and the relationship between Data and CRM.
• Experience in solutions engineering, architecture, and technical advisory roles.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and data migration workflows.
• Experience in business development and cultivating relationships with senior executives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Field Service Cloud.
