Description

You will lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models using RAG and agent-based architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize LLM-based solutions using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agents.
• Maintain high-quality, scalable Python codebases using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Deploy GenAI applications on cloud platforms while optimizing resource usage and CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with product owners and business SMEs to translate requirements into technical AI products.
• Drive the engineering team toward a technical roadmap through mentorship and technical leadership.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience building Machine Learning models and systems.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLM techniques, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agents.
• Expert proficiency in Python.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with cloud services such as Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Ability to communicate technical details to business SMEs.
