Design and build enterprise-grade generative AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, intelligent agents, and LLM integrations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions and AI-powered applications.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and secure Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini) for specific business use cases.
• Develop AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent chatbots for document summarization and automation.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI applications while collaborating with data engineering and cloud teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years specifically in Generative AI or AI-ML projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with Machine Learning/Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and enterprise AI integrations (OpenAI APIs).
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Data Engineering concepts, APIs, and handling structured/unstructured data.
• Understanding of AI governance, model security, and responsible AI practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domain projects.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
