Description

You will lead the development and implementation of Generative AI strategies and scalable backend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced algorithms for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Agentic workflows.
• Architect and optimize large-scale backend systems for performance, scalability, and low latency.
• Lead the creation of prototypes to explore new algorithms, techniques, and open-source technologies.
• Translate prototypes into scalable solutions by working with Product Managers and Solution Architects.
• Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track AI model performance and accuracy in production.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead multi-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects autonomously.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI development.
• Extensive expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer models, and Generative AI.
• Proven track record of building and launching large-scale deep learning solutions.
• Proficiency in GPT for NLP, AI, and Machine Learning algorithms for predictive analytics.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong knowledge of Python, R, and GraphQL for efficient data queries and APIs.
• Experience with cloud-to-cloud integrations for scalable infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Contributions to the technical community via tech talks, publications, or open-source projects.
