Lead the development of Generative AI strategies and scalable backend architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and Agentic workflows.
• Architect and optimize large-scale backend systems for performance, scalability, and low latency.
• Create prototypes to explore new algorithms and open-source technologies, translating them into scalable solutions.
• Establish monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track AI model performance and accuracy in production.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead multi-functional teams to deliver large-scale projects autonomously.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or AI development.
• Extensive expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer models, and Generative AI.
• Proficiency in Python and R for efficient data queries and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong knowledge of GraphQL for efficient data queries and APIs.
• Proven track record of building and launching large-scale deep learning solutions.
• Experience with cloud-to-cloud integrations for scalable infrastructure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Contributions to the technical community via tech talks, publications, or open-source projects.
