You will design and build enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions, focusing on LLMs, RAG pipelines, and autonomous workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI-powered applications.
• Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific business use cases.
• Develop intelligent chatbots, document summarization tools, and automation workflows.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI applications across cloud environments.
• Collaborate with data engineering and cloud teams on architecture and technical design.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in Generative AI or AI-ML projects.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini) and Prompt Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of RAG frameworks: LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate).
• Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of AI governance, model security, and responsible AI practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Banking or Financial Services domains.
• Familiarity with Data Engineering concepts and handling structured/unstructured data.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing interactions.
