You will design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions, focusing on LLM integration, RAG pipelines, and model fine-tuning for enterprise clients.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate client requirements into AI/GenAI solutions using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
• Build prompt frameworks, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Fine-tune and customize foundation models for specific client use cases.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise workflows, APIs, and applications.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency while documenting architecture.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for ML deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows, Git/GitHub, and Airflow.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools like DBT and Spark.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in MLOps practices.
• Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare applications.
