You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ML/DL models using classification, regression, clustering, and NLP techniques.
• Gather, clean, and preprocess large volumes of structured and unstructured data for training and evaluation.
• Train and fine-tune models using state-of-the-art algorithms and iterate on designs to improve accuracy.
• Deploy models into production environments and collaborate with DevOps to ensure scalability.
• Document code, models, and processes to ensure reproducibility and maintainability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI model development.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong expertise in machine learning frameworks including PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
• Experience with data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• Ability to perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns.
• Experience conducting research and experimentation with new AI techniques.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.
