Description

You will design and build scalable generative AI solutions, focusing on agentic systems and RAG pipelines. You own the integration of LLMs into production applications and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Agentic AI systems, implementing planning, tool usage, and multi-agent architectures.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic search techniques.
• Integrate generative models into microservices and API workflows using Python.
• Evaluate model performance and implement prompt engineering strategies to reduce hallucinations.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, data privacy, and responsible AI standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Java or TypeScript is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM frameworks such as LangChain.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI concepts: planning, memory, and tool usage.
• Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Knowledge of NLP, transformers, and deep learning principles.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Experience designing scalable, secure API and microservices architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience fine-tuning LLMs for specific enterprise use cases.
• Knowledge of hallucination mitigation and advanced prompt optimization.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices.
