Lead a delivery squad focused on Generative AI initiatives and Databricks-powered solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own squad leadership and delivery accountability for GenAI projects.
• Guide solution direction and ensure sprint delivery meets business outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership across GenAI and Databricks implementations.
• Manage and coach team members within an Agile framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on business requirements and governance.

Required Skills

• 10-20 years of professional experience in software engineering or data platforms.
• B. Tech in Computers.
• Proven experience delivering Generative AI projects.
• Hands-on exposure to Databricks.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with LLMs, MLOps, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Experience leading technical teams in Agile environments.
