Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of custom generative AI solutions for service delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom generative AI solutions to solve real-world problems.
• Implement and deploy generative AI systems into production environments.
• Monitor and manage production systems to ensure performance and reliability.
• Develop best practices for building, deploying, and managing generative AI systems.
• Mentor junior engineers while collaborating with product managers and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in AI-based software development.
• 1+ years of experience specifically in generative AI.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure or GCP cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
• Deep learning models including GANs, diffusion models, and transformers.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and machine learning optimization.
• Experience with computer vision and natural language processing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with generative AI applications in talent management, finance, or risk management.
