Description

You will develop and deploy generative AI and machine learning applications while supporting production systems and feature development.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end model development lifecycle, ensuring reproducible research and managed software delivery.
• Translate complex business problems into scoped projects and deliver timely solutions.
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms in production environments.
• Interface with stakeholders to deliver workable solutions meeting customer and technical requirements.
• Break down complex problems and coordinate efforts as a technical leader.

Required Skills

• 3+ years practical experience building AI/ML products and applications.
• Proficiency in Python and solid software engineering skills.
• Hands-on coding experience with Generative AI technologies (RAG patterns, ReAct, LangChain) for summarization, knowledge graphs, or information extraction.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AWS, or Azure.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is essential.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years practical experience using AI and ML to solve diverse or ambiguous problems.
• Experience with AI Agent frameworks and patterns.
