Description

You will design, develop, and deploy machine learning and generative AI models for production systems. You will build and optimize solutions using large language models (LLMs) for text generation, summarization, and Q&A, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to model deployment.
• Fine-tune pre-trained models using Hugging Face Transformers and implement prompt engineering strategies.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and work with vector databases for semantic search.
• Integrate AI/ML models into scalable APIs and production systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor models in production, handling drift, retraining, and performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and generative AI.
• Strong proficiency with Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks like Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases.
• Ability to build and optimize scalable APIs for AI models.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including fairness, bias mitigation, and security.
• Experience with model optimization for latency, scalability, and cost.
