Lead the strategic direction and business growth of the Generative AI practice in Jersey City.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Formulate business development strategies for Generative AI across customer accounts and the internal practice.
• Create differentiated solution and service offerings to drive revenue growth.
• Drive strategic account growth and manage the delivery of consulting services.
• Build new technology capabilities and team competencies.
• Research, curate, and record tutorials regarding data science and machine learning applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI.
• Strong background in Data Science.
• Proven experience in Business Development and Business Development Strategy.
• Proficiency in Business Relationship Management.
• Domain experience in Banking, Insurance, or Capital Markets (BFSI).
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in research-oriented environments managing concurrent projects.

Preferred Skills

• Experience marketing technology and domain solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
