Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision.
• Build and manage the product roadmap and backlog.
• Partner with development teams, stakeholders, and customers to prioritize features.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee product realization and monitor user adoption.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in P&C Insurance.
• Strong Agile expertise.
• Technical product knowledge or domain expertise.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience driving innovation using Generative AI.

Preferred Skills

• GenAI experience.
• Master’s in Business Administration.
