Lead the design and delivery of AI-driven business solutions through technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to translate customer requirements into technical AI proposals.
• Partner with the AI CoE to build repeatable use cases that demonstrate business problem-solving capabilities.
• Provide technical guidance to ongoing projects, covering problem definition, solution development, and deployment.
• Work with delivery teams to proactively identify and pursue AI opportunities within existing accounts.
• Define high-level architectures and business solutions using a solutioning mindset.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in the software industry.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Proficiency in LLMs including OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and open-source models.
• Practical experience with Vector DBs and prompt engineering.
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles and requirements gathering.
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms including Azure, GCP, or AWS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Machine Learning, Data Science, Knowledge Graphs, Advanced RAG, or Multi-Modal LLMs.
• Generative AI certifications from Azure, GCP, or AWS.
