You will design and deploy advanced AI chatbot solutions and generative AI architectures.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI chatbot solutions featuring QA, translation, search, and summarization capabilities.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to improve response accuracy.
• Fine-tune foundational AI models to achieve optimal performance for specific use cases.
• Manage AI model workflows using orchestration tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Expertise in Prompt Engineering and AI Chatbot development.
• Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Proficiency with GenAI Foundation Models.
• Experience with Vector Database technologies.
• Practical use of orchestration tools such as Semantic Kernel and LangChain.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
