Design and facilitate engaging live and on-demand training sessions on generative AI tools such as HearstGPT, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude.
Create clear, compelling learning materials including guides, job aids, and video content tailored to employees with varying levels of AI fluency.
Support the Generative AI Champions community and other Tech Academy initiatives by coordinating sessions, managing logistics, and contributing content.
Serve as a resource for employee inquiries regarding AI tools, use cases, and responsible AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy policies.
Partner with HR, Legal, and IT stakeholders to ensure training content aligns with organizational policies and industry standards.
What's Needed?
3–5 years of experience in training, instructional design, adult education, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience managing enterprise AI platforms such as OpenAI or Claude enterprise environments.
Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar.
Bachelor’s degree in adult education, instructional design, communications, or equivalent work experience
